Spotvibez is the shared platform of a destination: providers manage their own content, the destination packages it into products, and visitors experience one journey.
Three layers, one data model
-
Provider operational layer
Menus, daily lunch, opening hours, events, capacity, reservations, gift vouchers and the provider's own public page. Updated from a phone in minutes.
-
Destination orchestration layer
Integrated product model: routes, stages, stops, attractions, experiences, templates, posters, stamp cards, approvals, campaigns and analytics.
-
Visitor commerce layer
Discover, plan, reserve and redeem under the destination's or the provider's brand, in four languages. White-label by default: municipal, regional, thematic or provider brands.
Operational modules that matter daily
The details that make destination products reliable, current and bookable.
-
Menus and the daily lunch
Food, wine and seasonal offers with price notes; a 'Today' home screen for what changes often; a QR code on the table that is always current.
-
Opening hours
Seasonal schedules, closures and exceptions, with the live open/closed status on every page the provider appears on.
-
Routes and stages
Trails, thematic paths and itineraries with stage pages, GPX downloads, stage boards, posters and the stops along the way.
-
Experiences and time slots
Tastings, workshops, guided visits and stays with slots, prices, group sizes and add-ons, booked and paid online.
-
Reservations and vouchers
Table reservations and booking hand-off with capacity and confirmations; printable gift vouchers in the venue's design, redeemed at the venue.
-
Workflow and AI assistance
Approvals, provider updates and content quality control; AI menu parsing, composition of content and packages, and visitor guidance.
Onboarding by conversation: the AI agent
Menu parsing in use · conversational agent shipping with the January launch
Send a menu photo and your address; the agent drafts the profile, menu and opening hours; you confirm, and the page is live. Experiences, reservations and vouchers follow in the same conversation instead of forms.
Onboarding takes minutes of the provider's time, so even the smallest providers can join.
Built with the network
Providers and destinations are co-developers: when a need is shared or a partner co-funds it, we build it once as a module every tenant can switch on. Routes and the stamp card came from Bike & Spa, experiences and vouchers from Hiša gibanice, the daily lunch from Gostilna Šiker.
-
Founding Partner Programme
For the first ten destinations and fifty providers on the platform: a seat on the roadmap board, a vote on which modules come next, early access and preferential terms.
-
Co-funded modules
A destination or provider funds a module's build – as an implementation fee or as an EU project output – gets it first, with a period of exclusivity and a lasting discount; then the module goes to the catalogue for everyone.
